Shift Supervisor

Job Summary

KFC is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead team members during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for candidates with previous management or supervisory experience who thrive in a fast-paced food service environment and are passionate about leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Supervise, lead, and support crew members during shifts

• Deliver excellent customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns

• Ensure compliance with KFC food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

• Handle cash management, register accountability, and shift reports

• Assist with inventory control, and labor management

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standards

• Support opening and closing procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience required (restaurant or retail preferred)

• Customer service experience required (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
