We’re looking for an energetic Restaurant General Manager (RGM) who loves developing people, delivering great guest experiences and driving results.

What You’ll Do

As an RGM, you’ll take ownership of your restaurant and:

  • Lead & inspire – Build, coach and develop a high-performing team.

  • Create great guest experiences – Make every visit fast, friendly and memorable.

  • Grow sales – Bring energy to the business and look for ways to win in your local market.

  • Own the numbers – Manage labour, food costs, sales and profitability.

  • Run a great restaurant – Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and safety.

  • Build your bench – Recruit, train and develop future restaurant leaders.

  • Celebrate success – Recognize great performance and create a place people enjoy working.

What You Bring

  • Restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience

  • A passion for people and customer service

  • Strong communication and coaching skills

  • Confidence managing sales, labour and restaurant costs

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, hands-on leadership style
