We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to guide our team members through the day to day operations. The daily duties include:

1. Ensure the team is following standards both in back and front of house to make sure customer service expectations are exceeded.
2. Responsible for cash control of the shift including till counts, driver drops and end of day closeout and deposit.
3. Training support for new team members as well as ongoing training and coaching for existing team members. This includes on the job coaching and E-training completion.
4. Labor control while on shift to fit the business needs. This can include sending staff home early, calling in extra help for unforeseen revenue periods.
5. Cost of sales control. Ensuring recipe standards are followed, forecasting is accurate to minimize waste, any errors or product expiry is recorded and discussed with management, monitoring for theft.
6. Ordering and receiving stock orders.
7. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority and maintained.
8. Provide feedback and communication to the management team regularly to recognize or correct any necessary issue. Attend manager meetings and read necessary email updates to have the information about upcoming changes and promotions in order to communicate to team.
9. Provide team with recognition for jobs well done
10. Conduct shifts with professionalism and ensure staff are acting appropriately
11. Handle employee issues with respect and integrity to ensure team moral is high.

Minimum of 1 year supervising experience preferred but will consider a candidate that shows high level of maturity and enthusiasm for customer service and has worked in the food service industry for a minimum of 1 year. Must be reliable and have open availability. The position is full time and requires shift work.

Starting Wage is per hour
