Position Type: FT – Hourly

We are looking for someone to lead our team!! As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising team members as well as performance evaluations, ordering and receiving weekly stock orders, inventory and labor cost control, banking and finance handling, ensuring restaurant cleanliness and brand standards are followed, ensuring customer satisfaction is met and local marketing and community involvement representing the company. 

The successful candidate must be 19+ and legally able to work in canada without employer support of a work permit, with a minimum of 2 years supervising experience and a drivers licence with reliable vehicle. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, reliable and able to work professionally with minimal supervision. A successful candidate will have a genuine belief in people and will lead by example. Food Safe and First Aid will be required but will be provided by the employer. 

Salary will start at $45,000 per year (negotiable based on experience), as well as benefits and a performance based bonus program.
