  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry.

Availability: Full Time

Salary Pay: Based on experience and work performance 

 

General  Manager Job Position Description:

 

  • Provide a top-notch guest experience
  • Kitchen duties include preparing dough, portioning toppings, cooking/cutting pizzas, Wing Street etc.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment

 

In a typical day, you are accountable for:
 

  • Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
  • Managing financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
  • Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies

As a leader, you are responsible for:
 

  • Training and developing Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Leading the staff as an example and maintaining all the rules and regulations in place
  • Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the team
  • Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
  • Financial paperwork, P&L Costs etc.
