As a Team Member, you could be the smiling face that greets and serves customers and/or cook our famous Original Recipe Chicken. Our team members are the face of the business, and nothing says ‘welcome’ like a smile! We are looking for Team Members who want to learn a variety of areas in the restaurant, building their skills to know the ins and outs of each station. Our schedules are flexible to meet your needs, and we are always looking for Team Members who want to grow with the business. 

Description:

Duties can include: 

• Greeting customers as they enter the restaurant 
• Taking orders and processing payments 
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant with a team  
• Cooking our fresh, hand-breaded chicken 
• Packing orders 
• Leading the drive thru 

What are we looking for? 

• Able to work Morning and afternoon and nights shifts

• Reliable and able to work flexible hours

• Weekend availability is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Able to follow and adhere to policies and procedures

• Works effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Energetic, with a strong work ethic and flexibility

• Able to learn quickly and thrive with new skills and opportunities

• Positive attitude with a wonderful smile and great teamwork demeanor

• Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
